Tie and dye is a hand method of producing intricate pattern and designs in textile by tying portions of the fabric or yarn to resist dying the whole area of the fabric.
Haven defined tie and dye, it is important to know that this aspect of fashion is a fast growing trend now. A lot of foreigners are interested in this particular fabric as a result of its glamour and uniqueness.
Like every patterned and fashioned clothes around the globe, so is Tie and Dye. But Tie and Dye is not just a cloth but a designed culture and style that attract people’s attention anywhere it is seen or found. It has this distinct uniqueness that differentiates it from other fashioned cloth in the fashion world today, especially to the Africans.

As culture is a way of life of people so is the art of Tie and Dye.  It is very unlike any other fabric that can be purchased in boutiques. It is affordable and durable too. It’s a cloth that when made into any design signifies something unique, especially the way the colours blend and play out so bright and harmonized. And it is said that anytime or anywhere you wear a tie and dye clothe you stood for something (particularly to  Africans)

Tie-dye is a craft that is widely practiced in many parts of the world. It is a fast growing industry youths are encouraged to dive into now. As an indigenous craft, it could be used to forge local identity in the form of dress code. This is especially true for Africa, and Nigeria where Adire, an important Yoruba dyed cloth, is a product of the tie-dye technique. Adire is inextricably connected to the economic and social fabrics of the Yoruba people. Tie and dye is mainly called Adire in Nigeria.

To the Africans tie and dye is an identity in that it is one major way via which our culture is exposed to the world especially when the motif are gotten from within(locally).
OseArt(Adire concept) is one of Africa's fast growing brand in the very heart of Edo state Nigerian. Aigbirior Jeffrey Ose(a long time friend),the MD/CEO of this mega company is a graduate of Ambrose Alli University  with a second class upper in Fine/Applied art who instead of waiting for a juicy  job opportunity to come, chose to explore the Adire making venture which is the business aspect of his course of study and create his own brand. His professionalism, creativity and excellence in this business has made him the preferred in the industry.

It has always been our pleasure @dxpertstractsblogspot.com to promote small and medium scale enterprises(SMEs)while teaching sound morals through our platform. We encourage youths go dive into entrepreneurial skills or think out of the box instead of complaining or staying idle.
Trust me, there is a business aspect of that your course of study. Just think and think again!
Ideas and excellent skills rules the world!
