The fragrance of courtesy and the worth of discipline, respect and culture is gradually losing its savour in the sand of time . The home used to be a cultivation ground for every child who had the opportunity of living with a family. It was culture for a child to respect and honour elders who had gone through the rigorous journey of life. But sadly, respect, honour, discipline and courtesy is gradually going extinct in our modern day life as regard to children upbringing. I wish every less privilege parent will just be left with the responsibility of conceiving a child and the sole responsibility of the mother will be to see to it that her child is delivered alive. Afterwards, the duty of the government at any level will be to cater for the child till he/she reaches the tertiary level and from there, is established to use his/her training acquired to sustain and make a living out of life. Sometimes, I think of a world without stress, no razzle, no dazzle, and no razzmatazz. Where all is well and life moves on a rapid but peaceful pace. I often think of a world where every man looks out for the interest of his brother, putting aside his. I constantly think of a world where there is little or no fear of the unknown, no fear of harm, oppression, hunger, insecurity. Oh.
